Let me introduce myself: I am a Real Estate Professional - prestigious real estate - with 35 years of experience. I was born and raised in Turin, where, at the age of 20, I began my experience in building sector. Today I work in Rome and I lead a team of luxury real estate agents for the Remax group.

My professional career

My experience began in traditional construction. It then turned into the sales specialization of the Real Estate sector. Real estate franchising brands such as Gabetti, Tecnocasa, Tempocasa, Engel & Volkers and now Re / Max, have characterized my training. However, my professional background has certainly been enriched by an important career in the Turin Real Estate Funds.

I assist clients operating in the most diverse activities related to the real estate world: from building real estate to buying and selling in public and private auctions. From clearance sale to real estate short trading. From traditional mediation to classic leasing. Without excluding the transformation and development of traditional and special properties.

Specialization - Prestigious Real Estate

Speed in finding solutions and stability in bargaining: these are the strengths of my work as a consultant. I am strongly oriented towards the prevention of disputes and the solution of any problems related to house purchasing. I always successfully complete the tasks entrusted to me. I achieve this by focusing attention on the relationship between customer needs and market opportunities. I am able to do this thanks to an ancestral attitude to listening. This gift of nature, in fact, has allowed me to capitalize on my results. Wasting time is a feature that does not belong to me. Even more I don’t like wasting time on those who decide to use my skills. Who entrusts the sale of his house to Vittorio Savoia are satisfied. Today I also specialize in transactions related to the Corporate sector with a particular focus on the world of hospitality and prestigious properties: these two sectors require a lot of competence and professionalism. Since December 2019 I have been part of Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, the main independent authority in the training and designation of real estate agents operating in the luxury residential market. Since 2016 I am also a full member of BNI, the most famous Networking organization in the world that associates entrepreneurs and freelancers to implement their business. In particular, I am part of the Capitolo Salario – Trieste of Rome of which, on 04 October 2017, I became president. Within this organization I became a Gold Member very soon, a qualification that allows you to capitalize on greater benefits in terms of professional networking at national and international level.

Team

I manage a team of professionals oriented to operate with specific and qualified characteristics. These guys do work to make selling a high quality professional service. In doing so, the results are excellent and in favor of the parties involved. This way of working represents a great professional challenge. A challenge that involves top-level performance and a reputation equal to the performance required. For this reason, the selection of members is very strict and selective.
